Silvertime was established in 1999 just as the internet was becoming popular and e-commerce was still in it's infancy compared to today's internet, since then e-commerce has advanced rapidly and we have evolved with it.

All of our jewellery complies with UK and EU regulations, we are registered with Birmingham Assay Office where our jewellery is tested and hallmarked. Our products are manufactured in the UK, Italy, Poland and Asia.

Our most popular products are plain silver chain and Baltic Amber Jewellery. We adore Amber and are fortunate to work closely with some of the largest Baltic Amber manufacturers in the world. The majority of our products are sourced direct from the manufacturer and many are made exclusively for us.

Silvertime is an internet only business, we do not have retail premises. This helps keep our prices very competitive and allows us to pass on substantial discounts to our customers which would not be possible with the overheads associated with a brick and mortar shop. We clearly describe each product including the precious metal weight to ensure our customers can compare prices and weight before buying.

Our offices are located at Wroxton Business Centre in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Our IT Team is located in County Durham and has real time 24 hour support to ensure maximum website uptime. We closely monitor the site by remote as well as customer contact even outside of normal working hours.
