We are dispatching everything the next day if you order before 1pm, so those that select Special Delivery will receive their jewellery the next working day if ordered Mon - Thursday, Friday's order will arrive on the next Monday. Please note Recorded Delivery aka Signed For is taking up to 5 days due to Royal Mail.
We have an extended Returns date of 5th January, please see https://www.silvertime.co.uk/customer-services/return-policy so if a recipient doesn't like the jewellery or requires a different size you may return it after Christmas.
